Strength Training & Fitness Classes

At Bloom Movement Artistry, we want to ensure our students have every opportunity to gain their goals and be safe within our classes. One of the best ways to do this is to ensure your strength is up to par. 

Strength Foundations

Have you been wanting to start working out or are you new to strength training and looking for structured guidance? Does the idea of learning how to workout on your own in a big box gym sound intimidating? Have you thought about getting a personal trainer but aren’t sure if it’s for you, or is it just not in the cards right now?

If you answered yes to any of these questions this is the class for you. In this class you will be taken through a structured workout with a focus on strength. Before each workout you will be shown the proper way to perform each exercise and learn ways to adjust the difficulty and intensity to meet your body where it is so you can safely and effectively meet your goals.

Prerequisites: Aside from being medically cleared to exercise, none! This is for the person with little to no experience in the gym.

Note: While the class size is kept small so that everyone gets an opportunity for individual attention to form, technique, and the opportunity for questions this is NOT the same as an individual personal training session. If you have any physical limitations, problem areas, or want a more targeted program for specific goals, like losing weight or improved mobility, we recommend setting up a free consultation first.

If you are looking for more personal one-on-one attention, we do offer individualized strength training. Here we can focus on your goals and how we can accomplish them for you and within your schedule. You can do them every week or just one time. Please contact Bloom Movement Artistry to get you on the schedule for you personal training sessions.
