Aerial Straps Foundations Classes
Aerial Straps is a unique apparatus that requires full-body strength and a bit of spin tolerance as well. This ongoing class will help build strength for the required skills used in straps performances. This includes aerial moves like meathooks, flag, and c-shaping. These moves will help you build thoughtful progressions from class to class.

Prerequisites: Be able to hold a hang for 20 seconds, be able to hold a plank for 20 seconds, and be comfortable inverting. If you have questions please chat with the instructors.
