Discover Aerial Straps
Aerial straps is a powerful and dynamic apparatus that combines strength, control, and precision through movement in the air. Using two suspended straps, students explore inversions, holds, swings, and sequences that build full-body awareness and athleticism while encouraging creativity and expression.
Straps Foundations
Aerial Straps is a unique apparatus that requires full-body strength and a bit of spin tolerance as well. This ongoing class will help you build the strength necessary for performing skills on the straps, including aerial moves like meathooks, flag, and c-shaping. These moves will assist you in developing thoughtful progressions from class to class.
Be prepared to achieve the strength of your dreams in this class!
Prerequisites: Be able to hold a hang for 20 seconds, be able to hold a plank for 20 seconds, and be comfortable inverting. If you have questions please chat with the instructors.
