Bloom Movement Artistry offers a versatile, open studio environment designed to support movement, performance, training, production, and celebration. Whether you need a large performance space, a cozy area for a workshop, or a backdrop for photos and videos — we’ve got you covered.

Rates & Minimums

• Full Studio Rental: $150/hour (2-hour minimum)
• Section Rental: $50/hour per section (1-hour minimum)
• Important: Setup and teardown time must be included in your total rental booking.
• Discounts: Multi-hour discounts available for full studio rentals.

Capacity

• Maximum Occupancy: 150 guests

• 4,500 sq ft open studio space
• High ceilings up to 24 feet
• No center columns — unobstructed space
• 16 installed aerial rigging points
• Sound system and microphones
• Performance lighting
• Up to 100 chairs and 5 rectangular tables
• Filtered water station
• Wheelchair accessible
• 1 restroom
• WiFi

Important Event Policies

To ensure a great experience for all renters, please note the following:

• Rental time must include setup and teardown.
• Overtime is billed in 15-minute increments at the regular hourly rate.
• The space must be returned in the same condition it was received. A cleaning fee may apply if additional cleaning is required.
• Large furniture must remain in place; chairs and tables may be rearranged.
• Hanging decorations must be disclosed in advance.
• No adhesives, wall or floor alterations, nails, screws, paint, or glue.
• Confetti is allowed; glitter must be fully cleaned up.
• No smoking, candles, open flames, or fire inside the building.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed only with a valid temporary permit; alcohol sales are not permitted.
• Fog machines are permitted; rental units are available as an add-on.
• Aerial rigging points are available, but any human-weight aerial use requires prior approval and supervision.
