Whether you’re new to sling choreography or looking to deepen your creative process, Luna’s workshops offer something for every intermediate aerialist.
Known for her unique movement style and internationally recognized performances, Luna combines technical instruction with creative exploration to help students build confidence both in the air and in their artistic voice.

Low Flow Sass Class

Low Flow Sass is back! This fun and approachable choreography workshop introduces students to a brand-new dance hammock routine that’s accessible to all experience levels. Focus on musicality, flow, and enjoying the creative process while learning a playful sequence.
Prerequisites:
- Ability to not take yourself too seriously. 😊
Low Flow Sass Intermediate

Intermediate Sling Choreography
Ready for even more flying, more dynamics, and more drama? This brand-new intermediate version of Low Flow Sass expands on the original series with larger movement, creative hammock pathways, and expressive choreography.
Prerequisites:
- Comfortable working in hammock
- Strong pullovers
- Flamenco grip
- 20-second bent arm hang
- Strong dead hangs

KISS 3.0: Inside Out

Intermediate Sling Theory
Dive into the creative possibilities of inside-out crochet wraps while exploring unique entrances, exits, and transitions. Students will collaborate to create original sequences in a fun, low-pressure environment that encourages experimentation and creativity.
Prerequisites:
- Confident pullovers
- At least 2 minutes of aerial endurance
- Solid dead hangs
Lunaverse: Creative Repetition
3:00 PM
Intermediate Sling Choreography
Ever wonder how choreography comes to life? In this workshop, Luna shares her personal creative process developed through more than a decade of national and international performance experience. Following a guided discussion, students will work through movement prompts, creative exercises, and structured exploration designed to transform ideas into expressive aerial choreography.
Worksheets are included, and students should come prepared to experiment, create, and embrace the process.
Prerequisites:
- Strong hammock foundations
- Ability to remember short intermediate sequences
- Open to creative exploration and learning through experimentation
- Headphones required
- Spin tolerance is helpful but not required
