Let’s get upside-down on the ground together! This is a very beginner friendly class. We will spend time working on building strength in your wrist and core. We will build alignment through conditioning. There are no pre-requistes for this class! It’s EVERYONE friendly!
Taking handbalancing to the next level! In this class, we will start to work on spending more time in our handstands, while starting to learn new shapes and do even more conditioning!
Pre-requisites: Must be able to hold plank for 30+ seconds.
